Perry Chinn, D.C. is an author, inspirational keynote speaker, chiropractor, helicopter instructor, and international business entrepreneur, specializing in composite blade solutions for rotor-wing aircraft.

For more than 32 years, he has practiced chiropractic and explored the world of the fear-mind and its effects. As a result, he has written Soaring Beyond Fear, a book designed and written to assist others to move above and beyond the limiting effects of fear. Dr. Chinn has also released the third edition of his book Symphony of Wellness, with preface by Dr. Clair Francomano, M.D., director of human genome research project with the NIH, 2001-2005. This book, in addition to discussing basic wellness concepts, presents the latest understanding of the Nobel Prize winning benefits of nitric oxide science for cardiovascular and general wellness.  Dr. Norm Shealy, MD, founder of the American Holistic Medical Association finds this book "...an excellent, succinct summary of the essentials for true health...".

Dr. Chinn is a former board member and instructor with the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society and a Gonstead Diplomate for 28 years, authorized to teach the Gonstead system of analysis and correction internationally.

Perry’s mission is to help others overcome their fears by showing people how to become aware of their fear-mind and then to become the creator of their unique destiny. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Perry graduated from Life University in 1986, and has lived in the Seattle area ever since. He and his wife, Melanie, currently reside in Missoula, Montana. They are the parents of four boys and three girls, along with 4 grandchildren, Leanora, Silas, Leon and Teagan Mae.

Dr. Chinn is a Certified Helicopter Flight Instructor (CFI) and is a member of the AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association), the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) and member and past president of the Green River Chapter of the Washington State Pilots Association.  He is currently building his own Sea Rey amphibious aircraft (completed March 12, 2017).
